Founded in September by artisans, parents and other members of the Chinese community in the Twin Cities, the Center for Chinese Culture (3C) is a community-based nonprofit organization that promotes the learning and appreciation of Chinese culture and arts, including music, drama, dance and kungfu.

Part of its mission and the reward for its members -- is to share its work and talent with the community at large.

  • Special occasions
